How can we distinguish ourselves in Berkeley from other restaurants, whether they are inexpensive ethnic table service restaurants or other healthy/natural options? Do you find this valuable?

Don't focus on the competition. Focus solely on the one thing you offer that your target audience most wants. That will make you stand out. Is it fast, fresh, organic, healthy, delicious, choices? Which one thing do you do best that people are craving? Do you find this valuable?
