I agree that Facebook can be a venue for a restaurant, but there needs to be something of value on the Facebook page so try this:
Cooking healthy at home, perhaps a receipe a month that you use in the restaurant
If you have something unique going on in the restaurant like art, or wait staff uniforms, or furniture, what can you comment on Facebook that make people either relive the in restaurant experience or want to go there.

I believe the time is right for a restauarant with a focus on nutrition, now can we get my kids to eat vegetables?
